Terms of Service

1. Preamble

Welcome to Thomance™, a fictional trading and gaming platform designed for entertainment purposes only. By accessing or using Thomance™ (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Platform, including all features such as trading, casino games, rewards systems, Raffle Sweepstakes, Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, and the purchase of virtual currencies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Thomance™, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a member of our official Discord server, as authentication is handled via Discord login.
• You must be at least 13 years old, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in simulated trading, gaming, Raffle Sweepstakes, or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes is prohibited.

3. Virtual Currency

Thomance™ operates using virtual currencies, including but not limited to PI (Pi coins) and USDT, which are used for gameplay purposes only, including participation in Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes. These currencies may be earned through gameplay, rewards, or purchased within the Platform as described in Section 4. Please note:

• All PI, USDT, and other currencies on this Platform are virtual and have no real-world value.
• No real money is involved in any transactions, trades, casino games, Raffle Sweepstakes, Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, or purchases of virtual currencies on this Platform, except for purchases of fake USDT made through this Platform's store.
• Virtual currencies cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services outside the Platform.
• Thomance™ reserves the right to adjust virtual currency balances as part of gameplay mechanics, including Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, to maintain fairness, or to correct errors.

4. Purchase of Virtual Currencies

Thomance™ provides users with multiple ways to acquire additional fake PI and fake USDT, including in-game mechanics, a virtual store, a rewards system, Raffle Sweepstakes, Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, other gameplay features, and the Website Store. These transactions are strictly for entertainment purposes and do not involve real money, except for purchases made through the store. By purchasing virtual currencies, you agree to the following:

• Fake USDT can only be purchased using real money through the website store. However, it cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or sold for real money in any way.
• All other virtual currency acquisitions (fake PI and additional fake USDT) occur through gameplay mechanics, including Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, or in-game rewards.
• No real-world currency is required for in-game purchases beyond the Website store option.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, even in cases of account termination, technical issues, or loss of virtual assets.
• Thomance™ does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or value of virtual currencies within the Platform, including those used in Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Thomance™ is not liable for any perceived or actual loss of virtual currencies due to gameplay mechanics, user actions, or technical issues.

5. No Affiliation with Pi Network

Thomance™ is not affiliated with the official Pi Network, its developers, or any real-world cryptocurrency platforms. The use of "PI" and "USDT" on this Platform, including in Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, is purely fictional and for entertainment purposes. We do not represent, endorse, or support any real-world cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Thomance™ in a manner that is respectful and lawful. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain, including in the purchase or use of virtual currencies, Raffle Sweepstakes, or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior towards other users on the Platform or our Discord server.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to manipulate gameplay, virtual currency transactions, Raffle Sweepstakes, or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's servers, databases, or user accounts.

7. Account Termination

Thomance™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in prohibited activities, abusive behavior, or attempting to exploit the Platform, including Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any virtual assets, including purchased fake PI and USDT, without any right to compensation or refund.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Thomance™ provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the functionality, availability, or security of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Thomance™ is not responsible for any loss of virtual assets, including fake PI and USDT, due to bugs, server issues, account termination, or other technical problems related to Raffle Sweepstakes, Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, or other features.
• Thomance™ is not liable for any perceived or actual loss of value related to virtual currency purchases or transactions within the Platform, including participation in Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Thomance™ does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend or discontinue services, including Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, at any time without notice.
• Thomance™ is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, including participation in trading, casino games, Raffle Sweepstakes, Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, or virtual currency purchases.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Thomance™, including participation in Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes. Thomance™ provides important disclaimers regarding the use of the Platform, including its entertainment-only purpose, lack of real-world value, and limitations of liability for features like Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes. 11. Raffle/Jackpot Sweepstakes

By participating in the Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes on Thomance™, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

11.1 Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Participants must be registered and active users of Thomance™, authenticated via Discord login.
• A purchase is not required to enter; however, players may choose to purchase additional tickets as outlined below.

11.2 Entry Methods

Free Entries:

• Players can receive one free entry to each Raffle Sweepstakes by referring eight (8) people to Thomance™, provided the referred individuals complete at least five (5) transactions.
• Players can receive one free entry to the Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes by referring fifteen (15) people to Thomance™, provided the referred individuals complete at least five (5) transactions.
• Players can earn one (1) free ticket by spending 8,000 fake USDT for each Raffle Sweepstakes or 15,000 fake USDT for the Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes. Fake USDT is an in-game currency earned through gameplay.
• Players can earn one (1) free ticket by watching 10 Adverts consecutively.
• Free entries are limited to two per Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes through these methods.

Purchased Entries:

• Players can purchase additional tickets for the Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes using fiat currency through the raffle sweepstakes store.

11.3 How the Raffle/Jackpot Sweepstakes Works

• Free and purchased tickets have an equal chance of winning in the Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• Free tickets do not contribute to the prize pool value for the current or future Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• For each purchased ticket, the total USD amount spent as follows: 5% goes to maintenance, 10% to profit, 5% to the Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes pool, 5% to the next Raffle Sweepstakes prize pool, 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction covers Stripe fees, and 10% to the Thomance™ team. The remaining amount (55%) is added to the current Raffle Sweepstakes prize pool.

11.4 Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets in the Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.
• If a Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes does not meet the minimum required amount to start, any purchased tickets will be rolled over into the next Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.

11.5 Prizes and Drawings

• Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes prize pools will be awarded to the winner at random.
• Prizes will be awarded to you via the official Pi Network App, you must have a valid Pi Network Wallet to receive your winnings.
• Winners will be notified through official communication channels (e.g., Discord) and must claim their prize within fifteen (15) days. If unclaimed, 60% of the prize pool will go to the next Raffle Sweepstakes, 20% to the current Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, and 20% will be allocated to the Thomance™ team.
• Winnings awarded to the winner of the jackpot or raffle will be subject to applicable fees and transaction costs.
• This may include, but is not limited to, the costs associated with purchasing cryptocurrency (e.g., PI) and transferring it to the winner's account.
• Any taxes or additional costs incurred during the prize distribution process will also be deducted from the total prize amount before it is awarded to the winner.
• Raffle and Jackpot pots will be awarded to the winner of that jackpot or raffle in the form of the crypto currency PI, you MUST have a valid Pi Network Wallet to receive your winnings.

11.6 General Conditions

• All participants must comply with Thomance™'s rules and regulations.
• Thomance™ reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes at any time without notice.
• Thomance™'s decisions are final in all matters related to the Raffle Sweepstakes and Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes.

11.7 Limitations of Liability

• By participating in the Raffle Sweepstakes or Jackpot Raffle Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Thomance™, its affiliates, and any involved parties from any liability, loss, or damages arising from your participation.

11.8 Governing Law

• Choice of Law: The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
• Jurisdiction: The parties agree that the courts of California, United States, and the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration (3 arbitrators, in English, place New York, United States) will have authority to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
• Arbitration Clause: Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, which you agree to when participating in the raffle or jackpot sweepstakes, will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by three arbitrators in English, and the place of arbitration will be New York, United States of America. The Thomance Team must be notified a month prior of any disputes and given the chance to resolve any disputes prior to arbitration.
